01 Interpretation and Definitions

"Platform" refers to the million8 website accessible at https://million8.org and all services related to it. "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the Platform. "Terms" means the entirety of this Terms and Conditions document.

"Deposit" means the transfer of funds by a Member into their Platform account for gambling purposes. "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Member's Platform account balance to their registered payment method. "Bonus" means any promotional credit or additional benefit offered by the Platform subject to specific conditions.

"Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total wagering amount that must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable balance. "Responsible Gambling" refers to healthy gambling practices encouraged by the Platform to all its members.

02 Account Registration and Management

Each Member is only permitted to hold one active account on the million8 Platform. Holding more than one account by the same individual is prohibited and may result in the freezing of all related accounts and forfeiture of the balances held within them.

All information provided during registration, including full name, mobile phone number, date of birth and e-wallet details, must be truthful and accurate. The Platform reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including a copy of MyKad or other valid identification documents.

If a Member suspects their account has been accessed without authorisation, they must immediately contact million8 customer service via 24/7 live chat or support email.

03 Member Eligibility and Age Restriction

By registering an account at million8, the Member confirms that they are aged 21 and above, are not a platform employee or an immediate family member of an employee, are capable of making gambling decisions voluntarily and with full awareness, and are not prohibited from gambling activity under any regulations applicable to them.

The Platform reserves the right to close the account of any Member found not to meet these eligibility requirements, and any winnings obtained during the period of ineligibility may be voided.

04 Deposits and Payment Methods

The million8 Platform supports the following payment methods for deposits: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, as well as cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. All methods carry a minimum deposit of RM10 per transaction.

Successful deposits will be credited to the Member's account immediately after confirmation from the payment platform. If a delay occurs, the Member may contact customer support for follow-up.

The Platform does not charge any transaction fees to Members for deposits. However, e-wallet providers or banks may have their own charges that are outside million8's control.

05 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction. All withdrawal requests will be processed within one hour after approval. The Platform reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing high-value withdrawals.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same or equivalent payment method used for the first deposit. This is a standard security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering.

• Withdrawals are subject to the platform's internal security checks before approval.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if the account is under investigation.
• The Platform reserves the right to limit daily withdrawal amounts for risk management purposes.

Any attempt to manipulate the withdrawal process, including making repeated deposits and withdrawals without meaningful gambling activity, may be treated as platform abuse and result in account closure.

06 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

The million8 Platform offers various types of bonuses to registered members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements explicitly stated for each promotion. Members are responsible for fully understanding these requirements before claiming any bonus.

The million8 welcome bonus offers 200% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received. For example, a deposit of RM100 will generate a bonus of RM200 and a total balance of RM300, with a wagering requirement of RM200 × 10 = RM2,000 to be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

The Platform reserves the right to void any bonus found to have been obtained through illegitimate means, including the use of multiple accounts, use of credit/debit cards in a third party's name, or any other form of bonus fraud.

07 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the million8 platform, including slots from providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play and JILI, live casino, sports betting and fishing games, operate using a random number generator (RNG) that is audited and certified by independent third parties.

The platform guarantees fair play in line with international licensing standards. The outcome of each round is independent of previous outcomes and cannot be influenced by any party, including the platform itself.

If a technical disruption occurs during a game session, the platform will review the recording of that session and resolve the matter based on the actual result recorded by the game server. The platform's decision in this regard is final.

08 Prohibited Member Conduct

To protect the integrity of the platform and the safety of all users, the following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action:

• Registering or using more than one account at the same time.
• Using automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to play or manipulate the system.
• Sharing or distributing an account with another individual.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or being rude to customer support staff.
• Falsifying identity documents or personal information during the verification process.
• Exploiting any technical bugs or system loopholes for unfair gain.

million8 cooperates with relevant authorities and regulatory bodies in cases involving illegal activity. All transaction data and account records may be shared with those parties upon a valid request.

09 Account Closure and Suspension

million8 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account, with or without prior notice, if the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached. Account closure decisions related to fraud are final.

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting customer service. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard conditions in effect at the time the request is made.

10 Platform Liability Limits

million8 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses suffered by a Member in connection with the use of the services, including loss of expected winnings, service disruptions caused by technical issues beyond the platform's control, or unauthorised access to a Member's account resulting from the Member's own negligence.

The platform makes all reasonable efforts to ensure continuous service availability, but does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from disruptions or technical errors. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

The platform's total liability to any Member under any circumstances will not exceed the net deposit amount made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Data Protection and Privacy

million8 is committed to protecting the personal information of all Members in accordance with its established privacy policy. All data collected is used solely for account management, payment processing, customer support, and compliance with licensing requirements.

Members' personal data will not be sold, transferred, or shared with commercial third parties without the Member's consent, except where required by law or a relevant regulatory body.

12 Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

million8 reserves the right to amend, add to, or change any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to Members. The latest version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available on this page, along with the most recent update date.

A Member's continued use of the platform after an amendment is published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. Members are therefore encouraged to check this page regularly, particularly before making a deposit or claiming a new bonus.

million8 operates under an international licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to the arbitration body designated under the terms of that licence. The platform aims to resolve every complaint fairly and transparently within a reasonable timeframe.
